If you wish to receive your order before Christmas please order before the following dates:

Australia:

Long Haul Domestic (WA, Far North QLD, Remote areas) – 1st December
Short Haul Domestic (Interstate Metro & Regional VIC) – 8th December
Same-City (Melbourne) – 10th December

International:

New Zealand – 8th December
Rest of World – 29th November

FREE shipping on all orders over $150 for delivery in Australia.

For delivery in Australia, we have $12 flat rate shipping on all orders.

For international orders your delivery options will be calculated at checkout.

We ship Australia wide. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.

For international orders we will ship anywhere AusPost will ship, shipping costs will show up on your checkout page.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of being received.

We ship with Sendle and larger orders will be dispatched using Direct Freight Express*. You will be provided with tracking information via email for your parcel.

*Sendle & Direct Freight delivers to street addresses only, sorry no PO boxes

Sendle:

  • Deliveries in Melbourne, Bendigo & Geelong, should arrive in 1-3 business days.
  • Deliveries in Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Albury, Central Coast, New Castle & Wollongong should arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
  • Deliveries in Brisbane, Hobart, Launceston, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, port Macquarie & Toowoomba should arrive in 3 to 10 business days.
  • Deliveries in Cairns, Bundaberg, Mackay, Maryborugh, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast & Townsville should arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Deliveries in Perth & Darwin should arrive in 7 to 12 business days.

You will receive a more accurate estimate with your tracking number. If you live remotely or require shipping by AusPost or AusPost Express please call us on 0497 350 016 and we can advise you of the rates.

Direct Freight Express delivery: 1-5 days

Processing and shipping times may be extended during busy periods, such as sales and Christmas.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of being received.

We ship with AusPost using the option you select at checkout. You will be provided with tracking information via email for your parcel.

Please note that the Economy Air & Sea options provide NO TRACKING, because of this we cannot assist if a parcel is lost. We strongly recommend against choosing this option.

*COVID UPDATE* There are large delays with AusPost and the lack of international flights leaving Australia, additional days may be added to the regular estimated time.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being received. We send a text message to the phone number provided at check out when the order is ready.

We take special care to provide our customers with quality products.

All items sold by the metre (eg fabric, ribbon, lace) are carefully checked by our staff before they are sent to you. We do not provide returns on merchandise sold by the metre unless it can be proven to be faulty. If you have received a faulty piece please contact us on 0497 350 016 or [email protected] as soon as your parcel is received.

If you receive an item which is sold by the piece (eg. buttons) which you believe is damaged or faulty, please contact us on 0497 350 016 within 10 days of invoice date. All stock requires a return authorization to be provided by our staff before the return process begins.

If we require an item to be sent back to us this will be done at your own cost.
Any faulty item needs to be confirmed as such by a staff member before any refund, exchange or credit can be processed.

Please be mindful when purchasing fabrics such as velvet, fur or pvc. These fabrics can be effected when folded into post bags. Although we take care to wrap our parcels to protect the fabrics, we advise picking these fabrics up in store where possible.

Yes! You will be provided with Sendle tracking information when your parcel is sent. Larger orders will be sent via Direct Freight Express and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Wash codes are given on each product, eg- A2,C3, please refer to the WASH INSTRUCTIONS page for detailed descriptions.

This section includes details on how to wash, iron and dry your fabric or whether it is dry clean only. We recommend you read and follow these instructions for each fabric purchased.

The minimum cut for fabric and trims which are sold by the metre is half a metre (0.5), and thereafter in increments of 25cm (0.25).

We offer wholesale accounts to business customers with an ABN. Please contact us to assess eligibility.

We are more than happy to send out samples of fabrics. Give us a call on 0497 350 016 and we can arrange 3 small samples for free.

Unfortunately our online rewards point system can only be redeemed online and points can only be earnt online.
