We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide for $12 AUD, with free domestic shipping on purchases over $150 AUD. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post and Direct Freight Express, while international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please note that Direct Freight Express deliver only to street addresses and cannot ship to PO boxes. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer, and we are not liable for carrier delays or incorrect delivery addresses.
