We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide for $12 AUD, with free domestic shipping on purchases over $150 AUD. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post and Direct Freight Express; international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please note that Direct Freight Express deliver only to street addresses and cannot ship to PO boxes.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for carrier delays, incorrect delivery addresses, or lost or stolen parcels after delivery is confirmed. Customers must ensure the delivery address is secure and accurate.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays may occur during busy periods (e.g., sales, Christmas).

International Orders
Delivery times vary by country.
